Manchester City launched a challenge against the Premier League's Associated Party Transaction (APT) rules in February of this year.
The club contested the regulations, which are designed to ensure that commercial deals struck with entities closely linked to club owners are valued at fair market rates.

These rules aim to prevent the artificial inflation of sponsorship agreements, which could undermine the league's financial regulations.
"This agreement resolves the dispute between the parties regarding the APT rules. As part of the settlement, Manchester City accepts that the current APT rules are valid and binding," stated a joint announcement from the league and the club, as reported by the Associated Press, via Sports.
Meanwhile, the ten-time English champions are still facing over a hundred charges related to alleged breaches of financial rules between 2009 and 2018.
