Taking to his official social media channels, Mount conveyed the depth of his frustration.

He also described his immediate reaction to the injury, suggesting he understood the severity of it at the moment it happened.

Addressing Manchester United fans directly, Mount reassured them of his unwavering commitment and determination to overcome this injury challenge.
"United fans, you may not know me too well yet but one thing I can guarantee, I will never give up or lose faith," he affirmed.
He reiterated his dedication to working hard and returning to the pitch as soon as possible.
"I’ve said this before, but I will continue to give everything, get through this tough period and won’t stop until that’s achieved," Mount concluded.
Mount signed a five-year contract with Manchester United in 2023; United paid Chelsea a guaranteed transfer fee of £55 million, with potential add-ons of £5 million.
