Ex-Super Eagles winger Victor Moses bids emotional farewell to Spartak Moscow after 3 years
Former Nigeria international Victor Moses has waved goodbye to Spartak Moscow after a four-year stint with the Russian giants, penning an emotional message to the club and its fans.
Moses, who joined Spartak in 2021, enjoyed a successful spell in Moscow, lifting the Russian Cup and embarking on a memorable Europa League journey with the club.

The Nigerian winger took to Twitter to express his gratitude, saying: "After three beautiful years at this great club, it's now time for me to move on to a new adventure.”
“I'd like to take this opportunity to say a huge heartfelt thank you to everybody connected with Spartak Moscow for all of your incredible support during my time here."
"I've loved every minute and leave with memories that I'll treasure forever," the 33-year-old wrote
. "Winning the Russian Cup, the journey we had in the Europa League together, as well as the countless wins and successes we had as a team will always stay with me."
The former Chelsea and Liverpool man reserved special praise for the Spartak faithful, adding: "Thank you to the board, the management, coaches, my teammates and of course and most importantly our fans for welcoming me into the Spartak family."
As Moses embarks on a new chapter in his career, he leaves Spartak fans with a heartfelt message: "Good luck for the future. You will always be in my heart."
The winger's next destination remains unknown, but his emotional farewell to Spartak has left the door open for a potential return to the Russian capital in the future.
