Former Arua Hill defender Farouk Musisi has found a new home with Kenya giant Kakamega Homeboyz.

Musisi was part of the Kenyan 2023 Mozzart Bet Cup winners' friendly match against Muhoroni Youth on August 9.

The friendly match was held in preparation for the season opener against Gor Mahia Kakamega in the FKF Charity Shield Cup on August 12 at Kasarani Stadium.

The curtain raiser will open the 2023-24 season as Kakamega Homeboyz takes on the Kenyan league champions.

Musisi could earn a deal with the western Kenyan giants after he left Arua Hill in 2022 following stiff competition for playing time with Richard Matovu.

The left-back has previously played for Bazoopa FC, Artland Katale FC, Lweza FC, Proline FC, SC Villa, Vipers SC and Buganda Regional League side Kajjansi United. He also featured for the Zambian side Konkola Blades.

Ugandan-born goalkeeper James Ssetuba Cleo also features for the Kakamega Homeboyz.
