I am not selfish like Ronaldo — AC Milan star Rafael Leao makes bold claim

AC Milan star Rafael Leao acknowledges that he lacks the "selfish" streak of Cristiano Ronaldo, but the Portugal international is determined to ascend to the ranks of the world's best. 

Despite being just 24 years old, Leao has made significant strides, emerging as a talismanic figure at San Siro. 

While he may not share Ronaldo's renowned individualistic approach, he is focused on reaching the heights achieved by his compatriot.

Speaking to Sky Sport Italia, Leao was asked if he can emulate Ronaldo, to which the Portuguese forward replied: 

“Yes, but I'm not selfish. I can score goals but if I can also provide assists, I pass to my team-mate. 

"At these levels, the numbers make the difference because Mbappe, Haaland, and Messi make numbers that speak for themselves. When I think like them, I will get to that level.”

Leao has scored 5 goals in 25 appearances for Milan this season.
