I feel sorry for him — Chelsea legend sympathises with Casemiro after Liverpool Horror show
Former Chelsea player Craig Burley has come to the defense of Manchester United's Casemiro, who was heavily criticised for his performance in the 3-0 loss to Liverpool on Sunday.
Casemiro was substituted at halftime after being at fault for the first two goals and was jeered by home fans and slammed on social media.

Burley, speaking on ESPN FC, sympathised with the Brazilian midfielder, saying:
"I felt sorry for Casemiro because when the camera went close up on him, you could tell he was embarrassed. He has set such high standards for himself throughout his career, and he's struggling now."
Burley placed the blame squarely on United's manager, Erik ten Hag, rather than Casemiro, saying:
"But this is a Manchester United problem, an Erik ten Hag problem."
The United boss will hope new signing Manuel Uguarte is ready to step into midfield after the international break, to take some pressure off the struggling Casemiro.
