Salah speaks after new contract
Salah was quick to share his excitement and the motivation for choosing to sign a new deal after the news was officially announced.
Speaking on Liverpool's official website, he said, “Of course I'm very excited. We have a great team now.
“Before also we had a great team. But I signed because I think we have a chance to win other trophies and enjoy my football.”
The club announced on Friday that the player had signed a new contract worth £350,000 per week, lasting until 2027.
