Israel Adesanya reacts to Donald Trump winning U.S election

Some well-known athletes have embraced Donald Trump's incredible political comeback and victory in the US election.

In the crucial swing states of North Carolina, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, Trump, at 78, defeated Vice President Kamala Harris in a stunning victory in the 2024 presidential election.

Shortly after the outcome was confirmed, former UFC world champion Israel Adesanya took to the internet to express happiness at the victory.

After posting three popcorn emojis and an eight-word remark on the news, Nigerian-New Zealand mixed martial arts star Adesanya seemed to be enjoying the events taking place in the United States.

He wrote, 'The best season of 'Murica is upon us!!'#USA' and '#secretservicewasabouttoslide'.

Adesanya's joy follows Kamarudeen Usman, the Nigerian Nightmare, endorsing Trump shortly before the election results.

Usman wrote, "Growing up Democrat and starting to understand the state of politics over the last few decades.

"I know how I want to live and how I want to raise my family ⁦@realDonaldTrump"

Usman and Adesanya are expected to return to the octagon in 2025.
