Jackson beats Drogba, Torres, becomes 5th quickest player to reach 20-goal mark for Chelsea
Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson has beaten club legends Fernando Torres and Didier Drogba to become one of the fastest Blues players to reach the 20-goal mark in the Premier League.
The Senegalese forward reached the 20-goal mark for the Blues during their 2-1 victory over Newcastle United on Sunday.
Remarkably, Jackson achieved this feat in just 44 games, a staggering 66 fewer matches than Torres needed to hit 20 Premier League goals for Chelsea.
For context, it took Ivory Coast and Chelsea legend Didier Drogba 50 games to reach the 20-goal mark in the Premier League,
Nicolas Jackson has become the fifth-fastest Chelsea player in Premier League history to reach 20 goals for the club.

Jackson's latest goal was a clinical finish following a brilliant counter-attack, while his debut season at Chelsea was marked by inconsistency, he has started the current campaign strongly, contributing six goals and three assists.
As Jackson continues to develop and mature, Chelsea fans will be hoping he can surpass Torres' achievements and follow in the steps of Drogba to become a true club legend.
