Olympic silver medalist Kenny Bednarek continued his sensational form on the track, delivering yet another powerful statement at the Grand Slam Track meet in Miami on Sunday.

Just a day after storming to victory in the 100m with a blistering World Lead time of 9.79 seconds, Bednarek returned to dominate the 200m, clocking19.84 seconds to complete a second consecutive sprint double.

Both challengers posted identical times of 20.13 seconds, but it was Bednarek’s explosive bend and strong finish that secured the win.

With this latest triumph, the American sprinter not only adds two more prestigious wins to his resume but also pockets another hefty $100,000 prize for his efforts in Miami.
