Liverpool leads race for Victor Osimhen as Chelsea, Manchester United, and PSG want the Nigerian star

The race to sign Nigerian superstar Victor Osimhen has taken another twist as Liverpool reportedly emerges as the front-runner ahead of several European giants, including Chelsea, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and Barcelona.

According to transfer sources in Europe, the Premier League giants have made Osimhen their top attacking target for 2026, as the 26-year-old striker continues to dominate headlines with his performances for Galatasaray in the Turkish Super Lig.

Osimhen, the current UEFA Champions League top scorer with six goals following his hat-trick against Ajax during the midweek, will lead the Super Eagles in the World Cup playoffs against Gabon on Thursday.
