Cristiano Ronaldo is well into his fourth decade, but his age doesn't stop him from playing at the highest level, especially as he continues to lead his national team, and Al Nassr would be a completely different team without him.

For decades, he's been known as one of the most dedicated players when it comes to physical preparation and diet, so his arrival at Manchester United led to changes in the club's kitchen.

Darren Hamilton, the man in charge of preparing meals for the Red Devils, revealed that Ronaldo's presence has influenced some players to adopt his dietary habits.
"A few of them are eating what Cristiano eats, just to see. They're adapting to his habits because he's still playing at 37, eats well, and trains well," Hamilton told Goal.

"Cristiano's favorite dish is chicken salad, and he eats that more than anything else. We have a buffet at our training center, so he can help others choose. If he has any special requests, he lets us know so we can make it for him," he said, adding:
"We make the chicken salad at the stadium and also when we're away, so we can help him with carbohydrates when he returns from the game."

Goalkeeper Lee Grant revealed that "United players stopped eating dessert" since Ronaldo's arrival, which former manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer perceived as a criticism, implying the team wasn't eating properly before Ronaldo joined.
