Meanwhile, Kisii Express, as she is fondly known, has enjoyed a great season this year, only being beaten once in the women’s 800m.

During the whole season, Moraa dominated the 800m and only lost her final race, the Diamond League Meeting final held at the Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon, USA.

In the 400m, she also lost only once, where she finished sixth at the Diamond League Meeting in Monaco.

However, her track rival, Keely Hodgkinson has also started training towards next season. The Briton’s coaches have shared glimpses of what her training will entail and for sure, the 800m next season will be a top billing.
