NBA Playoffs: Nuggets and Pacers win
Andrew Nembhard hit a tiebreaking 3-pointer with 17.8 seconds left to lead the Indiana Pacers to a 111-106 victory against the New York Knicks in Game 3 of an Eastern Conference semifinal series on Friday in Indianapolis.
The Knicks lead the best-of-seven series 2-1 entering Game 4 on Sunday afternoon in Indianapolis.
Brunson's third attempt to tie the game was unsuccessful, and Aaron Nesmith converted a pair of free throws to seal the victory for the sixth-seeded Pacers, who overcame Donte DiVincenzo's 35-point outburst.
Tyrese Haliburton scored 35 points on 14-of-26 shooting and added seven assists.
Pascal Siakam scored 26 points for the Pacers, while Myles Turner added 10 rebounds to go with 21 points.

Nuggets dominate Timberwolves
Nikola Jokic had 24 points, 14 rebounds, and nine assists as the Denver Nuggets defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves 117-90 in Game 3 of their Western Conference semifinal series in Minneapolis.
Denver's Jamal Murray concluded with 24 points on 11-for-21 shooting, cutting the best-of-seven deficit to 2-1. Michael Porter Jr. scored 21 points, Aaron Gordon added 13, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope had 12.
Anthony Edwards finished with 19 points on 8-for-15 shooting to lead Minnesota, which suffered its first postseason setback after winning six consecutive playoff games. Karl-Anthony Towns added 14 points, while Mike Conley and Jaden McDaniels each scored 10.
The teams will remain in Minneapolis, where the reigning champion Nuggets have a chance to even the series in Game 4 on Sunday evening.
