Newcastle move swiftly to beat Man United for Sesko, offers €90 Million to Leipzig
Sesko has been the subject of a transfer tussle between Man United and Newcastle as both teams go head-to-head for his signature.
Newcastle have seen their first bid rejected by Leipzig and are not giving up on the possibility of signing the striker.
Manchester United have also made a move for the player and have offered a total package potentially reaching €85 million for Sesko.

According to The Athletic, via Sportal, the English club has offered at least €80 million for the RB Leipzig striker. It remains unclear whether the German club will accept these terms.
Manchester United has also shown interest in the Slovenian, but the Red Devils have yet to make a formal offer. One will reportedly follow only if the player himself prefers a move to Old Trafford.
German journalist Florian Plettenberg reported that the Magpies offered a fixed sum of €80 million, plus an additional €10 million in bonuses. RB Leipzig previously rejected a bid of €75 million plus €5 million.
Last season in the Bundesliga, Benjamin Šeško played 33 matches and scored 13 goals.
