Newcastle United defender sends Bukayo Saka a fascinating message

On Sunday against Ukraine, the England winger was on the headline for his tremendous display, having contributed an assist and scored an incredible goal for the Three Lions, who won 2-0. This win puts England six points from a possible six so far as they look to qualify for Euro 2024 in Germany.

With a 2-1 victory over Italy to start things off, Gareth Southgate's team has already won two straight. In Naples, Trippier participated and earned his 41st cap for his nation by coming off the bench. He was absent, though, during the victory over Ukraine at Wembley.

After the game, Trippier took to Instagram where  he posted a picture of him speaking to Saka and put a caption saying “Brilliant three points to end another England camp. @BukayoSaka87 will see you soon.”

The next time Trippier and Saka will interact will be on May 7 when Newcastle hosts Arsenal at St. James' Park. If both teams are still vying for the Premier League title and a spot in the top four, respectively.

Saka is enjoying a sensational season with Arsenal, boasting 12 goals and 10 assists in the Premier League. That makes him even more influential for both club and country as he’s on the verge of becoming a superstar.

The Arsenal forward have been one of the stars of the Arsenal team with the likes of Martin Odegaard, Thomas Partey, Gabriel Martinelli and others making the Gunners look formidable this season. As it stands, the Gunners are top of the league table and are edging closer to winning the league for the first time in 19 years.
