Photos: Another Stadium shaping up nicely in Kampala

As the country tries to find lasting solutions to the lack of sports facilities, individuals or companies have taken it on themselves rather than wait on the government.

From St Mary's Stadium, Kitende, to one getting constructed in Garuga, another is shaping up well, in Kiteezi - Bamba, Gayaza.

The construction of the Twinbrook Sports Academy and Skilling stadium is already underway.

The complex will be a 5000 seater, with the capacity set to be gradually increased, according to a statement from the proprietors.

"Construction of our 5000 seater (the capacity will be gradually increased) artificial turf stadium ongoing."

The facility will have washrooms, dressing rooms for officials, home and visiting team.
