The German tactician, who famously guided the Blues to their second-ever European Cup triumph in 2021, made an emotional return to England as the newly appointed Three Lions boss.

Tuchel's reunion with his beloved stars was captured in a series of touching photos shared on Instagram by Jorginho's fiancée, Catherine Harding. 

The snaps have since gone viral, sparking nostalgic reactions among Chelsea faithful.

In one image, Jorginho wraps his arms around Tuchel, who is casually dressed in a navy outfit and cap, flashing a warm smile.

The group picture also included familiar faces like Reece James, Ben Chilwell, Mason Mount, and Trevoh Chalobah, leaving fans emotional.

Tuchel's return to England is not just for sentimental reasons, as the 50-year-old prepares for his first official matches in charge of the Three Lions against Albania and Latvia in March.

With Reece James back to full fitness after a hamstring injury and Chilwell hoping to impress following his loan move to Crystal Palace, Tuchel could find himself working with some of his old Chelsea stars once again. 

Meanwhile, Mount is battling to recover from a thigh injury, with his England hopes hanging in the balance.
