According to reports from L'Équipe, via Sports, PSG sent a letter on Thursday to FFF President Philippe Diallo and the federation's leadership, expressing concerns about the health protection of national team players and requesting changes to the procedures of the national squad's medical team.

In the letter, the Parisian club cited Ousmane Dembélé and Lucas Hernandez as examples, claiming they were kept with the squad despite health issues incompatible with competitive play.

PSG also criticized the lack of communication between the federation and club medical teams, alleging that decisions were made unilaterally and without consultation.
