Rashford reveals why he puts Mourinho ahead of Ten Hag

The United attacker has been phenomenal this season, having 21 goal contributions for the Red Devils who sit fourth in the Premier League table. 

The Red Devils have relied on Rashford on a lot of occasions this season in the Red Devils battle to qualify for the Champions League.

The outstanding English forward under Ten Hag this season was questioned whether this was his greatest campaign.

Marcus Rashford, who has been one of United's best players this season, has said he won trophies with Mourinho which is more important.

When asked if this was his best season ever, Rashford said, “I don’t know about that. For me what matters most is winning trophies and I won three of those with Mourinho. From that point of view, I reached my apex with him."

The English attacker has recently won the Carabao Cup with Manchester United under Ten Hag and are also in the final of the FA Cup.

The Red Devils are still in the race to qualify for next season's Champions League as they sit fourth in the league table.

United’s recent slip-up against Brighton has reduced the seven points gap between Liverpool to four points giving the Reds a glimpse of hope. However, they still have a game in hand which is an advantage for them.

Ten Hag will be hoping his side can get back to winning ways and go on a winning streak till the end of the season.
