Real Madrid planning to capture Bayern Munich star in 2024
LaLiga giants Real Madrid are reportedly keen to boost their defensive options by signing Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies in the summer of 2024.

Davies’ contract with the Bavarians runs out in 2025, and the Canadian defender is yet to agree on a new deal, leading to speculation that he could be set to quit the Bundesliga side in the near future.
Left-back has been a tricky spot for Real Madrid in recent years, and Los Blancos have struggled to replace former captain Marcelo, who departed the club in 2022.
Los Blancos reportedly see Davies as the ideal target for the problematic role and could launch an all-out siege to sign the 22-year-old full-back next summer.

Bayern Munich could be coaxed into selling their prized defender in 2024, as he would have only one year left on his contract at that point, and they would want to avoid the risk of losing him on a free transfer.
Instead, German paper BILD reports that Bayern Munich would reportedly require a sum of around £35 million from Real Madrid for Davies’ signature, making a profit of £21 million on transactions involving the Canadian.
Davies has enjoyed major success with Bayern Munich since joining them in 2019, and has won five Bundesliga titles, as well as the UEFA Champions League in 2020 and also helped the Canadian national team qualify for their first World Cup in 36 years, representing them in Qatar in 2022.
