NFL legend and North Carolina football coach Bill Belichick, 73, has ignited engagement rumours with his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, following a conspicuous change to his boat's name.

 The vessel, formerly known as "VIII Rings"—a tribute to his eight Super Bowl victories—now bears the name "I + VIII Rings," suggesting a personal addition to his storied legacy, reports TMZ.

This alteration has been interpreted by many as a subtle announcement of an engagement, especially after Hudson was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her left hand during recent public appearances.

Jordan Hudson, a former college cheerleader turned beauty pageant, has rapidly transitioned into a prominent figure in Belichick's life, both personally and professionally. 

Since their relationship became public in 2024, she has been seen accompanying the 73-year-old who boasts a net worth of $70 million, at various events and has reportedly taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer for "Belichick Productions," a venture aimed at managing the coach's brand and public engagements.

According to Brides, their relationship began after a chance meeting on a flight in 2021.

The couple have been under intense media scrutiny, particularly due to the 48-year age difference.

The couple's dynamic has not been without controversy.

And a new report in the New York Times reveals Hudson recently told 'at least one person' she is engaged to the former Patriots coach.
