“I see my mother happy, I see that my brother can have the childhood I would have wanted, and that’s what makes me happiest. I see my father and grandmother relaxed in their homes. It’s everything a child could wish for.”

Beneath the fame, trophies, and millions, Yamal remains a son shaped by roots in Rocafonda, a neighbourhood in Mataró, far from comfort and privilege.

According to Catalunya Diari, the property bought for his mother sits in Premià de Dalt, an affluent coastal suburb of Barcelona, and includes premium features such as a private pool, elevator and wine cellar.

The property is a single-family home of 6,997 sq. ft. (650 m²), usually valued between 2 and 5 million euros.

Yamal also reportedly purchased a sizable Barcelona-area apartment for his father, moving him away from Rocafonda, and continued to ensure his grandmother remains comfortable, close to his childhood neighbourhood.
