Coventry midfielder Kasey Palmer was also a victim of racist abuse during the match with Sheffield Wednesday.

The incident has led to many declaring their support for Mike Maignan and Kasey Palmer and calling for a change.

The football world has come out to support both players after they were racially abused during their game this weekend.

According to reports from Sky Sports on X, "Something must be done to change things.
