Ten Hag expresses confidence in United's current squad amid transfer window quiet

Ten Hag's current stance is one of contentment with the squad he has, indicating a quiet transfer window for United.

 club's plan seems to be centred around offloading fringe players like Jadon Sancho and Donny van de Beek, rather than bringing in new faces. This approach signifies Ten Hag's belief in the inherent strength of his existing squad.

The much-awaited comeback of key players like Casemiro, Lisandro Martinez, Mason Mount, Harry Maguire, and Tyrell Malacia is viewed as a significant boost for the team. 

Ten Hag is confident that the team's performance in the first half of the season was hampered by the absence of these crucial players. 

He anticipates a much stronger team post their return as reported by Daily Mail, adding, "I am sure when all players are on board it looks different – Casemiro, Martinez, Mount, we will be much stronger after the window."

Ahead of the upcoming game against West Ham, Ten Hag provided updates on the team's injury situation. With Diogo Dalot suspended for the match, United faces challenges in their lineup. 

Victor Lindelof, in particular, is out of action following surgery and is expected to be sidelined for two weeks. The manager highlighted the need for rest, both physical and mental, for the players, especially after a busy schedule.
