Harry Kane scored on his DFB-Pokal debut in Bayern Munich’s 4-0 success over Ulm at Donaustadion on Friday.
Ulm vs Bayern Munich
A first-half Thomas Muller brace put Vincent Kompany's side 2-0 up in the opening 15 minutes and it stayed that way until debutant Michael Olise set up countryman Kingsley Coman with 11 minutes of the 90 to play.
Kane then sealed the Bundesliga outfit's win in second-half stoppage time after diverting Muller's cross into the back of the net from close range.
The success saw Bayern notch success in Kompany’s first competitive game since replacing Thomas Tuchel in the hot seat in Bavaria.
However, observers probably missed one new feat attained by the club’s record signing.
Harry Kane’s new record
The English striker scoring against Ulm means he has notched debut goals for Bayern in the Bundesliga, Champions League and German Cup, becoming the second player after Leroy Sane to achieve the feat.

Kane waited nearly a year to feature in the DFB-Pokal, having been an unused substitute in Bayern's embarrassing second-round exit to Saarbrucken last year.
What comes next?
Bayern play one final friendly against Grasshopper on Tuesday, August 20, before their Bundesliga opener at Wolfsburg five days later.
