'There is nothing like that' - Hakimi's lawyer challenges rape allegations

Just days after being spotted yachting in the Island of Puerto Rico, the 26-year-old Moroccan has returned to the headlines over the rape case that broke the internet, shortly before his divorce from Hiba Abouk.

The Paris Saint-Germain defender faces up to 15 years in prison after being allegedly accused of rape.

The incident allegedly took place in 2023. A woman reportedly visited the footballer at his home after he called a taxi for her.

The prosecution alleges that the "situation escalated" and Hakimi began kissing the woman, undressing her, and touching her despite her protests. He is also accused of digital penetration.

Colin stated that she is "confident" about a potential trial and questioned the alleged victim's account, describing it as "inconsistent".

“In 99.9% of rape or sexual assault cases, a psychological evaluation is carried out, which establishes the presence of symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder.

This can manifest as sleep problems, weight gain or loss. In this case, there is nothing like that,” Colin emphasised, as reported by Sportal.
