'These boys saved me today' - [WATCH] Ola Aina's reaction to penalty miss and dressing room celebrations to reach AFCON final

The Super Eagles of Nigeria soared high to the final of AFCON 2023 after defeating their South African counterparts on penalties.

With both countries regarded as the best defensive teams of the tournament, it was no surprise the game ended 1-1 in regulation and extra time, and it needed penalties for a deciding winner.

The Super Eagles overcame the Bafana Bafana boys through the heroics of goalkeeper Stanley Nwanbali, who saved two penalties, while left-back Ola Aina was the only one who missed from the Nigerian side for the match to end 4-2.

Aina later reacted to his miss via a video on his Instagram story, as he praised his teammates for saving him from a possible depression of being the reason they wouldn't have played in the final.
