German international Toni Kroos has played his final game for Real Madrid, and the German midfielder made sure to do it in style after a 2-0 win against Borussia Dortmund in the UCL Final..

The 34-year-old took to the Wembley pitch one last time for Los Blancos, featuring for 85 minutes before being substituted.

 But Kroos ensured his swansong was memorable, debuting a pair of custom-designed Adidas boots for the occasion.

Kroos' special all-white boots with a gold stripe proudly displayed the 2024 UEFA Champions League final, a nod to the fact that this was his final match at the iconic London stadium.

The veteran playmaker was given a fitting send-off, as goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Jr secured a victory for Real over Borussia Dortmund. 

It capped off a glittering career at the Bernabeu for Kroos, who departs with an impressive six Champions League titles to his name on the occasion of his 300th win.
