In the second leg at Santiago Bernabeu, the record European champions defeated the Bavarians 2-1 to secure a 4-3 aggregate victory and a spot in the final.
Bayern Munich appeared to be the team going to Wembley after Alphonso Davies' goal in the 68th minute, but two minutes before stoppage time, the game took a dramatic change.
Joselu scored the goal two minutes after VAR intervention, but first, the substitute gave the Los Blancos a point back in the 88th minute after taking advantage of a mistake from Manuel Neuer.
Next, on June 1 at the Wembley Stadium in England, the La Liga champions will play Borussia Dortmund in the championship match.
