URA FC in advanced talks with former Arua Hill captain
The towering South Sudan international is a free agent after leaving West Nile giant Arua Hill following the expiry of his contract.
According to a reliable source, URA and Toha have been discussing the switch with the defender.
The tax collectors are also looking forward to bolstering their defence, and Toha's experience and leadership capabilities have reportedly been sighted as a perfect match.
Toha was an influential player for Arua Hill, taking on the team's captaincy during his two-year spell at the club.
He featured in 46 league matches during his spell with the Kongolo and netted five goals last season as Arua Hill finished in fourth position.
The former captain's departure added to the exodus of players from the Arua city-based team, including Richard Matovu, Rogers Omedwa and Richard Anyama.
The others are Isaac Okello, Innocent Maduka, and Bright Joseph Vuni, who exited in the transfer window. Toha has previously featured for Onduparaka FC and Vipers SC.
