Nigeria youngster Victor Boniface will play in the Bundesliga next season after leaving Union St Gilloise for Bayer Leverkusen.

German club Bayer Leverkusen have completed the transfer of Nigerian forward Victor Boniface.

Boniface will play in the Bundesliga next season after moving to Bayer from Belgian side Union St Gilloise.

Bayer confirmed the transfer through a cheeky video on their official social media page on Saturday evening.

“Announce Boniface? Ok then,” Bayer posted on Twitter alongside a video of Boniface sporting the club shirt he received after the Europa League clash last season.

The 22-year-old has put pen to paper on a five-year contract that will keep him at the Bay Arena until the summer of 2028.
