We have full confidence in him — Caicedo reveals Chelsea's most trusted player

Caicedo has pointed out teammate Cole Palmer as a player highly trusted by Mauricio Pochettino's side. He praised Palmer, describing him as a 'very talented player' who brings delight to the rest of the Blues squad. 

Palmer, who made a surprising move from Manchester City to Chelsea on September 1, has quickly made an impression on the team.

The 21-year-old joined the west London club for £40 million and has quickly nailed down a starting spot in Pochettino’s XI, scoring six goals in 14 Premier League appearances for Chelsea so far this season.

“We trust Cole very much. He’s a very talented player and a very good penalty-taker, so we were all very confident when he steps up,” Caicedo was quoted by Metro UK as saying.

 “He is showing his best form at the moment and proving just how good a player he is. We are very happy for Cole and very happy he is playing so well for Chelsea.”
