World Cup qualifiers: Super Eagles training camp date revealed in preparation for South Africa and Benin clash
The Nigerian Super Eagles will begin training on June 1 in preparation for their pivotal 2026 World Cup qualifying matches against South Africa and Benin.
The Super Eagles are presently sitting third but will need to defeat South Africa and Benin in June if they are to go top of Group C of the World Cup qualifying competition.

According to reports from Soccernet, all invited players must report back to the Super Eagles camp on June 1st.
On June 5, Nigeria will play South Africa, and three days later, they will fly to Benin for the second match.
Finidi George, the new coach of the Super Eagles, is almost certain to guide Nigeria to victory in his first round of competitive matches.
The Nigeria Football Federation has reportedly received a provisional team list from the former Ajax winger, and the final list is expected to be made public shortly.
On the same day, there will be a UEFA Champions League final; however, no Super Eagles player will be participating in the final.
The South Africa match will be played at Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, hence the Super Eagles will camp in Akwa Ibom State.
