BUL FC will enter the second round on top with 33 points, three ahead of their nearest rivals, Vipers SC.

GK: Norman Angufindru (SC Villa)

Angufindru has played every minute this season since joining in August, managing the most clean-sheets (seven) of any other goalkeeper. His manned defence has conceded the least number of goals (11), and he has been consistently outstanding.
DEF: Patrick Bayiga (Maroons)
)
Bayiga has been a stalwart at the heart of Maroons defence, putting up various Man of the Match performances. He has missed just one game in the first round with his defence leaking just 13 times. He has chipped in with two goals as well.
DEF: Ibrahim Magandaazi (Kitara FC)
)
In his first season at Kitara, this Royal hasn't sat out a single minute and has been forced to play through barriers, yet he has more often than not excelled. Magandaazi is steadily establishing himself as one of the best defenders in the league.
RWB: Abraham Tusubira Kakensa (Maroons)

While he mainly operates on the left wing, drifting inside or from the attacking midfield positions, he has been positioned here for his versatility. Tusubira's performances had to be noticed by someone at long last. Three goals and seven assists, the most of any UPL player, tells you a lot about his quality.
LWB: Nicholas Mwere (BUL FC)
)
Three goals and three assists in 13 games in his first season for BUL speak volumes about his quality. The gigantic defender is superb in both halves and has been a pillar in BUL, leading the pack in the first round.
MDF: Emmanuel Alex Wasswa (Express FC)

Wasswa has revived his career, and he has been one of the best players at Express since joining from KCCA on loan. He is enjoying his football, scoring and assisting, but most importantly, leading by example from the middle of the park.
MDF: Abdul Karim Watambala (VIPERS)
)
Watambala has been a revelation and has rarely disappointed every time he has gotten his chance this season. Great on the ball as ever and has chipped in with two goals and as many assists.
MDF: Ashraf Mugume (KCCA)

He has always had the quality, yet coaches have overlooked him for some reason. Abdallah Mubiru has come in and given him his chance, and Mugume hasn't disappointed. Four goals in 12 games for a midfielder tells the tale.
FWD: Alex Kitata (BUL)
)
Kitata has scored eight goals in 15 games for BUL this season, to equal his tally for the last campaign when he played 26 times. His goals have been massively important and have BUL on top.
FWD: Muhammad Shaban (KCCA)
)
Without Muhammad Shaban's eight goals and two assists in the 13 games he has played, KCCA would probably still be in the relegation zone. He has taken up the mantle onto himself and lifted the team a number of times from its ruins. A focused Shaban is almost impossible to stop.
FWD: Nelson Senkatuka (SOLTILO BRIGHT STARS)

Senkatuka continues to prove he is one of the best strikers of his generation in the country. Topscorer with ten goals and two assists in 15 games, says everything about his quality and prowess.
Coach: ABBEY BOGERE KIKOMEKO (BUL)
Topping the table ahead of the big boys is no mean feat, and Kikomeko is fully deserving as the Coach of the first round.
Assistant Coach: Muhammed Ssenfuma (Maroons)
