After five years away, the Uganda Cranes attacking midfielder has returned to the St Mary's Stadium, Kitende.

In a shocking transfer development, Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC have unveiled midfielder Moses Waiswa Ndhondhi.

Following his release from KCCA FC less than a week back, Waiswa has penned down a two-year employment contract with the Venoms.

After five years away, the Uganda Cranes attacking midfielder has returned to the St Mary's Stadium, Kitende.

Waiswa left Vipers in the 2018/19 season to South Africa's Supersport United, where he spent three seasons.

He then returned to the country at KCCA FC, where he has spent the past one and a half seasons.

The 2018 FUFA Male Player of the Year played 31 league matches with KCCA, netting three goals.

Meanwhile, Waiswa left Vipers a Uganda Premier League champion, having lifted the championship in the 2017/18 season.

Vipers' midfield already has quality in depth with the likes of Siraje Ssentamu, Karim Watambala, Bright Anukani, Allan Okello, Abubakar Lawal, Nzau Lutumba, David Bagoole, Abubakali Walusimbi, Marvin Joseph Youngman, and Frank Katongole.
