Four-time Formula 1 World Champion Max Verstappen has welcomed his first child with his girlfriend Kelly Piquet.
The 27-year-old Dutchman revealed on May 2, that he and his Brazilian partner have welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Lily.
Sharing the joyful news on Instagram, Verstappen posted two tender images: one of baby Lily’s tiny hand wrapped around a finger, and another of the new family, with Piquet cradling the newborn as Verstappen beams over them.

The post was met with an outpouring of love from fans and family, including Max’s sister Victoria Verstappen who commented, “Can’t wait to meet.”

The couple has yet to confirm Lily’s birth date, but speculation points to May 1, a poignant day in motorsport history, marking the anniversary of the tragic passing of Brazilian F1 legend Ayrton Senna in 1994.
