Asterios Zois, a member of the FIBA Central Board, gave the ceremony's introductory remarks.

The Draw was performed by both former Hungarian national team captain Lenke Kiss and Serbian star Jelena Brooks.

D'Tigress booked a spot at the pre-Olympic qualifiers after winning the women's Afrobasket earlier this year.

For each nation still vying for one of the 10 remaining Olympic tickets through the qualifying tournaments, it means that the Road to Paris 2024 has now been established.

But first, in November 2023, the four teams—Canada, Puerto Rico, Colombia, and Venezuela—must compete in the FIBA Women's Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournament, with the top two teams progressing.
