Colorado Rapids considering hiring Wilshere

According to The Athletic, Wilshere has been given permission by Arsenal to speak with the MLS team Colorado Rapids.

The report also states that the former England midfielder is interested in a senior management position if the proper chance emerges.

The Rapids, who, like Arsenal, are owned by the Kroenke Sports & Entertainment Group, fired Robin Fraser in September with Chris Little taking charge as interim coach.

In July of last year, Wilshere returned to Arsenal after announcing his retirement at the age of 30.
