While Edo Queens fell short of their goal of reaching the final, they made a big statement in the tournament by defeating the defending champions, Memolodi Sundowns' women.
Now, they will aim to secure a third-place finish, when they face Masr in the third-place match.
A third-place finish earns $350,000, (N586,183,500.) while the winner receives $600,000.
Recall that Bayelsa Queens is the only Nigerian team to have won a medal in the CAF Women's Champions League after winning bronze in the first edition.
