Leandro Requena was the star of the day after his bizarre score inspired Cobresal to a smooth 3-1 win over Colo Colo at the weekend.

After two consecutive defeats, Cobresal needed a performance to get back to winning ways and that was exactly what happened in front of their fans at Estadio El Cobre.
While Colo Colo dominated proceedings at El Cobre, the home side was more clinical and lethal in the final third.
Guillermo Pacheco opened the scoring in the eighth minute when he put Cobresal 1-0 up before Cecilio Waterman doubled their advantage from the spot heading into the break.
With 13 minutes left to play in the second half, goalkeeper, Requena scored the goal of the weekend from 100 metres.
The 35-year-old took what look like a harmless goal kick from his box which eventually took a bounce and over the head of Brayan Cortes, the Colo Colo goalkeeper, who misjudged the flight of the ball.
Damian Pizarro did pull a goal back in added time for Colo Colo to make it 3-1, a more respectable result.
