The Bucks seemed to have the game in hand after a 14-5 run to start the fourth quarter, but the Hornets refused to give up.
Brandon Miller's 3-pointer with 15 seconds left brought Charlotte within two points, but Taurean Prince's free throws and Antetokounmpo's late foul shots sealed the win for Milwaukee.
LaMelo Ball had a career-high 50 points for the Hornets, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Bucks' red-hot three point shooting.
