Golden State Warriors advance in NBA Cup after 112-108 win over Pelicans

The Golden State Warriors led by Steph Curry became the first team to clinch their group in the NBA Cup,

Andrew Wiggins led the Golden State Warriors to a 112-108 road win over the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday, securing first place in West Group C of the NBA Cup.

Wiggins poured in a season-high 30 points, while Stephen Curry added 19 points. Draymond Green contributed 11 points, eight rebounds, and five assists.

The Warriors improved to 3-0 in tournament play and will advance to the NBA Cup quarterfinals on December 10 or 11.

Trey Murphy III led the Pelicans with a season-high 24 points, and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl had a 19-point, 12-rebound double-double off the bench.
