Guardiola reveals secrets to his managerial success as Man City eye historic treble

Pep Guardiola is widely regarded as one of the greatest managers in football history. 

His achievements as Barcelona boss put him in that conversation before he even left for Bayern Munich, where he won the title three times in three years.

The Spaniard has now taken Manchester City to incredible levels, winning the Premier League title five times in the last six years and aiming to complete the treble. 

Speaking ahead of Manchester City's final game of the season against Brentford, Guardiola spoke on the secrets to his successful career as a manager.

"I'm going to tell you the secret of my success at Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Man City. 

"Messi, Lewandowski, Haaland, and Aguero. This is the success. I love my mum and grandfather. But with him, I don't win the Champions League"

Manchester City who were crowned PL Champions last weekend, finish the campaign away at Brentford before turning their attention to the FA Cup final against Manchester United and then the Uefa Champions League final against Inter Milan.
