Here We Go! Star boy Wizkid to become first Nigerian musician to perform at Tottenham

Nigerian international music star Wizkid is set to become the first Nigeria music star to perform at the home of top Premier League club, Tottenham Hotspurs.

Wizkid whose real name is Ayo Balogun was at the beautiful Tottenham Stadium in London ahead of his show next month.

The video which was seen via A2Z Football Hub came from a Wizkid fan account on the microblogging platform Twitter.

In the video, the Afrobeats superstar showed that he could have made it as a football player if he decided to swap careers.

Wizkid showed his joggling skill before adding a rainbow flick and finishing it off with a well-executed left-footed volley.

Star boy, Wizkid, is in London to continue preparation for his show slated for next month.

Wizkid will host the world in a music show at the Tottenham Stadium on July 29th, 2023.

The event is a part of his MLLE (More Love Less Ego) tour as he promotes his album.

Wizkid visited the venue of his keenly anticipated concert and used the opportunity to display his dexterity on the ball.

At the moment of writing this report, Pulse Sports Nigeria cannot confirm if Wizkid’s audition at one of the most prestigious football grounds in the world would be enough to land him a contract at the club.

However, we can confirm that this is not the first time Wizkid has had something to do with a football club.

Pulse Sports reported that LaLiga side Cadiz was rated as bigger than clubs like Barcelona and Chelsea after posting a picture of Wizkid on social media.

Cadiz shared a photo of the Afro-beat star boy Wizkid sporting the club’s golden kit on a stage on their Twitter handle.

The Nigerian superstar was pictured entertaining fans at an event looking elegant in the colours of the modest LaLiga club.

Also, the Star Boy recently thrilled thousands of fans during the inaugural Tennis showpiece in Dubai last December.
