Brooke's interview was not only an opportunity to share her side of the story but also a direct message to those she claims are creating "negative narratives" around her.

Brooke posted a lengthy social media message on Tuesday night to explain her decision to skip her father's funeral.

"My father hated the morbidity of funerals," she wrote.

"He didn't want one. And although I know people grieve in many ways - and I'm so grateful for all celebrations and events organized to honor him, as his daughter, I had to make my own decision to honor him the best and most genuine way I knew how…privately…the way that made me feel the closest to him."

Brooke said she honored her father by taking her kids to the beach.

According to a report from TMZ, Brooke alleges that people in her father's camp are "spinning lies" about her, claiming she "ghosted him" and returned "unopened gifts."

She believes these individuals, who relied on Hulk for their paycheck, are afraid of what she knows and are trying to protect themselves.

Despite the public war of words, Brooke maintains that she and her father had love for each other.

This friction made the period surrounding his funeral particularly difficult, as she revealed she has been a "nervous wreck" and hasn't eaten or slept in weeks.

Adding to the dramatic revelations, Brooke also clarified her position on her father's estate.

According to Celebrity Net WorthHogan had a net worth of $25 million USD at the time of his death.

She disclosed that she wanted out of the will to avoid what she felt would be “inevitable family infighting over money”.

However, this proactive step to prevent a conflict has not stopped a "sh*tshow," as she called it, from unfolding.

The tension and public animosity she sought to avoid have seemingly found her regardless.

In a final, defiant statement, Brooke issued a warning to those she says are spreading false stories.
