Troost-Ekong put pen to paper on a three-year contract, with PAOK paying more than one million euros for the defender.
The move sees Ekong continue his journeyman career which has taken him to the Netherlands, Turkey and England.
Ekong spent half of last season on loan at Serie A side Salernitana.

Troost-Ekong was part of the team that defeated Sierra Leone 3-2 in Monrovia to give the Nigeria Super Eagles the AFCON 2023 ticket with a game to spare.
