The 20-year-old Belgium international has featured just once for the Blues since arriving, playing just 40 minutes in the victory over Crystal Palace in December,
It's a significant setback for the Blues, as they have been unable to rely on the defensive midfielder for the majority of the season, ever since he turned down Liverpool to join Stamford Bridge.

To further worsen Pochettino's concerns, Trevoh Chalobah, and goalkeeper Robert Sanchez have been added to the Blues' injury list, while there has been no official return date for Christopher Nkunku, and Reece James, who have both missed a bulk of the season with injury.
