Nigeria and Rwanda have both touched down at Obong Victor Attah International Airport in Uyo in preparation for Monday's Matchday 6 matchup in the final round of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualification series.

The Amavubi of Rwanda are not completely out as they still have a mathematical possibility of qualifying.

Rwanda lost to Libya's Mediterranean Knights at home on Thursday, missing a great chance to improve their chances of qualification.

They can only go to Morocco 2025 if they overcome Nigeria in Uyo and Libya defeats the Benin Republic's Cheetahs in North Africa on Monday.

At the Stade Felix Houphouet-Boigny in Abidjan on Thursday night, the Super Eagles played a 1-1 draw against the Cheetahs of Benin Republic.

Nigeria's team traveled from Abidjan, the capital of Ivory Coast, to Uyo, arriving at 3:50 p.m.

Rwanda's delegation took a routine Rwandair flight from Kigali to Lagos, arriving at 1 pm, and then boarded an Ibom Air trip to Uyo.

With the AFCON ticket secured, the Super Eagles have a chance to celebrate at the majestic Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo regardless of the result.
