Saka, Bruno Fernandes, and De Bruyne snubbed as five Arsenal players make PFA Team of the Season
Despite not going all the way to win the 2023/24 Premier League title, Arsenal can take solace in knowing that up to five of their players were named in the PFA Team of the Season.
Arsenal dominate PFA TOTS
Five Arsenal stars, including goalkeeper David Raya, defenders William Saliba, and Gabriel Magalhaes, as well as midfielders Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard, were named in the PFA Team of the Season as the Gunners dominated the awards.

Thanks to their five representatives, the Gunners had more players than any other club in the Premier League Team of the Season, with Champions Manchester City only managing four players.
What a team.

Kyle Walker, Rodri, Erling Haaland, and Phil Foden were the only players from the reigning Champions who were included in the Team of the Season. Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins and Liverpool’s Virgil van Dijk were the only players on the team outside of last season’s top two.
Big stars missing from PFA TOTS
Despite the quality of players included in the PFA Team of the Season, there were still other big names omitted from the all-star squad, including Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka, who scored 16 goals and provided nine assists.
In addition to Saka, Manchester City’s trio of captain Kevin de Bruyne, Ruben Dias, and Josko Gvardiol were also missing, as well as Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes, who was impressive for the Red Devils last season.
Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah also missed the Team of the Season, despite scoring 18 goals and providing 10 assists in 28 stars in the Premier League as did Chelesa's Cole Palmer, who was earlier named PFA Young Player of the Year.
